Our philosophy is that a sense of balance, wholeness, and wellness is not only possible, but something worth investing in. By adopting dietary and lifestyle knowledge and strategies, you can enhance the one, precious life that you’ve been given, and lighten the burden of ongoing symptoms and health responsibilities.
In order to help you on this journey, the practitioner works collaboratively with you to adopt individualised nutritional tools to enhance your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health. By identifying underlying causes to health issues, using nutrition to heal, and employing preventative measures to restore the body, we can guide you towards living a beautiful, whole life.

About Me.
Now to introduce myself! I’m Therese - clinical nutritionist, teacher, fitness instructor, and wildly passionate about health and living a balanced life. Over the last 10 years I’ve been through my own health challenges, which significantly affected my life, so I completely understand first-hand the burden that comes with sickness. Walking this journey out, I’ve learnt that we all have our own version of balance to achieve ‘Holos’ (wholeness) and this balance looks different from person to person.
For me, taking the time to find the sweet spot of the nutritional diet that suits me and my needs, the exercise that strengthens and keeps my body thriving, and time to invest in my emotional, mental and spiritual wellbeing, has been the key to feeling whole again. Walking this out has taught me the value of nutrition, diet, exercise, mental and emotional health, and how these all contribute to our wellbeing and vitality. It’s been a long journey, but the investment has been worth it, and I would so love to help you on your own health journey.
My passion is to educate and empower you in your own health, enhancing your autonomy, and identifying ways to use nutrition to promote balance, healing, and wholeness. In my work, I draw on my five years as a one-on-one fitness instructor with women, where I also developed individualised eating programs promoting weight-loss and balancing nutritional requirements/needs.
Through my eight years of experience as a primary school teacher I’ve learnt the power of education in transforming lives, and have developed a strong passion to educate my clients in their own health journeys, equipping them with the skills to carry out a balanced lifestyle.
